He just got a new companion this week, Elder Jaxon May, so on Friday night Alex posted the last video that he and Elder Niutupuivaha had made together, finishing off their 10 part series. Alex (who has been working on his juggling skills while quarantined) actually appears in this video as himself (and not just a leg or hand). He's got the skills.

The videos that some missionaries are making are really great. Here's a 20 second one from Alex's area that we really like:

And here's another great short one with Thomas--using a rubik's cube and juggling balls as props. Thomas has skills, too!

So far it's been a typical summer for Glen, so we can't say it feels like he is retired yet. He finished the greenhouse weeks ago. The garden is starting to take off. A gopher or two have been enjoying Glen and Angeles's efforts, so Glen has been battling that. Since they are building new corrals on the farm and need extra hands, Glen has also been helping on the farm a bit (as have other family members).

And I found the best recipe. It's for a Tomato and Basil Quiche. I need to make it again soon.

20 for 20 in 2020
Six of the 7 people in this house are trying to lose weight and so we have been concentrating on losing 20 pounds for $20. Some are doing better than others in this endeavor, but regardless, it feels good to eat better.
